Ohh snap! Smalls dropped another banger. It’s great to see the sponsors waking up. Egg wash with crushed up pork rinds then slap it in the air fryer was my keto go to. I bought a 90 Stratos 201pro for 3300, I want a new boat but this boat is prefect with all the extra electronics. I’m not crying if I roll over a log or let my boy troll it into a dock lol. I did the shaving cream trick on the carpet then buffed and waxed for it to look like a new boat. I need to get out on the lake myself but most of the ramps are under water with all the rain we have had in the past 3 weeks, time for boat maintenance till then.

They curb your appetite, I just add them to water and shake them up until they absorb some water because they’ll stick together if you don’t. Then I chug the water. You can make pudding and stuff too with them but I don’t have time for all that.

Best way to make crappie without frying, make it like garlic parmesan wings. Garlicky buttery parmigiani sauce either bake or grill... So good!

I'm on the Keto diet myself, and I love fishing. I mainly go for crappie, perch, or walleye. Get some pork rinds. Crush them up and use them as the breading. I do the same for fried chicken. I just use an air fryer. Or get the keto tortillas from Mission and make some fish tacos.

My favorite healthy seasoning for some fish is simple, garlic salt and pepper and pan seared with some butter or olive oil. add in some herbs if youre feeling fancy... little thyme and rosemary.

Looks amazing Smalls. I threw some fish on the barbecue the other day and gave some to a few friends. These are folks who normally don't eat fish who couldn't get enough. I cooked them lightly with my new oil of choice, grape seed oil, herbs and lemon juice. I love sharing my cooking with others and I an still in my anew weight zone of loaing 40 lbs since late January. Keep up the great work brother

You need to do more Crappie videos. Try Air Frying your fish. There are a lot of recipes for air fryed fish. Your videos are always great and when Davey Gravy or Ayo or a lot of the others are in them, that just makes them even better. Looking forward to the next one. Have a great day. Try air frying with panko breadcrumbs and your choice of seasonings...Coat in egg or just soak in water, dunk the fish in the seasoned panko breadcrumbs, spray some oil on them and air fry 400 degrees 4 minutes then flip, spray oil, and go another 4 minutes. you'll never release in grease again. Always enjoy the content! Good job on losing the weight! Keep it up!

I love to mix 50/50 lemon pepper and blackening. I don't like lemon pepper all that much but when you mix those two together its a whole new ball game. Pro tip use wax paper, reduces the chance of the fish or anything else sticking to 0%

Smalls may i reccomend some air fryer coating it isnt quite as food as deep frying them but you can use a quick spritz of soray oil and they sre pretty close and way tastier thsn a spiced baked fish
