Your vocals get a little better every video! Your enunciation is stronger and pairing that with your southern drawl, it makes for a unique narration experience.

No other narrators with your accent, I didn’t realize it was something I needed. Thanks!🙏🏼

new conspiracy theory: Come To Papa was a backdoor pilot for The Office

And yet, if Come to Papa was picked up for more episodes, neither show would have been successful. Come to Papa died so The Office could live.

One piece of lost media that has actually been found but is nevertheless interesting is _1985_ , a 1970 made-for-television mockumentary produced by Metromedia Group depicting a hypothetical near-future environmental catastrophe brought on by unchecked industrialization. The film was presented as a simulated newscast, with real-life Metromedia newscasters, including a young Maury Povich, playing themselves. Essentially, the purpose of the film was to demonstrate what would happen if then-current environmental trends were to continue into the ensuing decade, as this was back when very few American took the issue of environmental protection seriously and the EPA had only just been created. Despite heavy promotion, the film was only broadcast twice, leaving it out of public circulation for years until the University of California, Berkeley obtained a copy at some point and added it to their digital archives. The circumstances of how it fell into obscurity despite being heavily promoted and how UC Berkeley obtained their copy are definitely worthy of investigation by the lost media community. For those interested, I have created a TV Tropes page for the film if you want to learn more about it.

Class of 3000 was one of my favorite cartoons from Cartoon Network so I was sad that it just vanished from Cartoon Network. I haven't seen most of Season 2 due to not owning a DVR at the time and also not knowing about those last four episodes for a very long time. I should get around to binging through Season 2 at some point.

Funky Cops really hurts because that was 4Kid's BEST dub. While the other dub is closer to the original series, it was also much weaker, less fun, and celebrity voice impersonations were non-existent. Something absolutely baffling for a pop culture heavy series FULL of caricature and parody. For everyone that always complains about 4Kids making their anime dubs...ell... for kids, this show was full of the most risqué innuendo you'd ever hear in a supposed kid's show. The same dub team behind the Ultimate Muscle dub worked on it and it shows.
