You could follow this program kzbin.info/aero/PLkdaCg6IG0aVByVtbHxt4lw5CKuZQGXWJ&si=lQRdxAW5FF91xTQi or design a weekly split based on your goals. For example 3x lower 3x upper or lower upper total, rest and repeat. I’d pick a workout based on muscle group you want to get stronger and equipment desired/available. I have videos sorted like this in the playlist section. Hope this helps 🤜❤️🤛
