Today we have a previews of this weeks workout on our Snoga program. We dive into a 25 minutes BOSU ball specific workout moving our bodies in challenging ways to prepare for the upcoming season. There is a time and place to move heavy weight around with compound movements but I love to supplement my movements with balance, core, body weight strength, mobility, yoga, etc. I want to challenge my systems in a variety of ways to make it durable, injury resistant and perform at my best.
