Did this routine last night after a super fun day of boarding. I was tired and wanted to watch X Games but forced myself to do it, and it felt incredible. Was into yoga big time years ago but got out of the habit of going to yoga studios, doing this at home is perfect and the poses/routines you guys use really are perfect for boarders
