I would like to add something to your list - plastic clothing. Detoxify your life by getting rid of all of the “fast fashion,” clothing made from synthetic materials. I’ve been purging everything made with polyester, for example, and replacing them with quality items made from natural materials like cotton, hemp, silk, and wool. It feels so good to have less (not more) and to wear things I feel better about touching my skin. 😊

I’m lucky where I live if you have a bag of clothes or stuff like that, you can put it in a clear plastic bag and set it in your driveway and somebody will always stop and take it. I also really like the buy nothing groups that’s been away. I’ve gotten rid of a lot of things that I just don’t need anymore. That were lightly used. I live near a school and I’ve had several times that I put out bags of clothes always write the size and white category of clothes they are that I’ve had some of the school kids walk up and ring the bell and ask if I would hold it for them until after school I’ve had so many school kids pick up bags of clothes, especially when I put out like sweaters and warmer things. I know a lot of people can’t do that. I’m lucky to not have an HOA.

US pharmacies do not recycle medications or supplements. They should, however, have a large, metal bin, similar to those at the post office but white, where you can deposit old, ineffective, or disliked meds. Police departments often have them, too. Put them in a Ziplock baggie first. Meds etc are HIGHLY TOXIC to the environment and need to be incinerated. Never put them down the drain, toilet, or in a garbage can.
