Your jigsaw bulkhead was/is a piece of ‘art’, you are making real great progress now, congratulations. Yes ham and pineapple go very well together, just like hair and resin.

lol, yes, great idea with the joints as in factory they would install without roof so one piece i imagine. seeing your messy place is redeemed by seeing how much care and time you put into your glass finish. boat is really looking good

Hi Bryan Tip for working on large glassing areas , bulk heads etc. Works for me, I use a cheap $1 dollar paint roller to when weting out the fiberglass cloth or chop strand , then after a good resin wet out, I use the bubble buster roller, this speeds up the entire process, to get the air bubbles out before curing occurs...Its worth the $1 Dollar throw away roller....from Dollar Tree store.... Nice Bulkheads Also I use a plastic shower cap to protect my hair, helps alot.🌊⛵🌊

Bryan, this is just really interesting to watch you resurrect this catamaran. I really appreciate what you are sharing about your experience doing it, even down to the not so pleasant side of how the epoxy gets in your hair. Thanks!

Most epoxy systems have fast and slow hardeners. If you use slow hardener you won't have a problem with going back over your layup with peel-ply. Peel-ply is not for removing excess resin. Peel-ply should be used over an already good ratio. Peel-ply is for making a surface that is ready after cure for another layup with no to minimal sanding, and for very little sanding or prep for final surfacing of paint or gel coat. Keep up the outstanding work. Love your content.

Just wear those coveralls that they throw out after you use them once or twice and wear a benne that welders use to cover your hair, then your set, so you don't have to get covered in resin. Lookin good Bryan really good!! Due to a back injury I had to sell my 2007 Harley Road king, I just couldn't ride anymore due to the pain. Miss riding bigtime.
