The house in Seattle @5:03 is beautiful. I would have loved to see the Carpenters making all the detailed trim and the facade of that home. To think it was all handmade and, done piece by piece, is amazing.

Blake Street is still there, in Denver. after a little googling and a little reading I found out it's in the area of Coors Field. The buildings have been renovated to be loft apartments. If the walls could talk! Thanks for these cities ' histories in pictures!

@@Lucinda_Jackson I like to walk the streets in the older part of town and imagine what it was like back in the day! A few short years ago I took a walk down one of the main thoroughfares close to where I live. I veered off on a gravel road which leads to a business behind a car lot. I looked down and saw an oval piece of metal. It turned out to be an old key fob from an old hotel which is behind the facade of a newer business. My sister found a picture which I framed, taken during a parade in the 40s that shows the hotel. The city put out a map several years ago that shows a walking tour of the older part of town. I'm having fun talking with you! I'm still in pjs and the morning's almost over!

I much prefer real salad over word salad, with olive garden bottled dressing!😀 Some of the words I couldn't pronounce if I tried were a sentence in themselves. 😂 Anne (w/ or w/o the e?)
