Romantic case agar nikle to saja ka pravdhan dono ke liye ho . But age of consent Kam nahin hone chahiye isse mein bahut burayi aayegi . 16 se 18 year ki age bahut sensitive age hai. Or vo sexual relationship ke liye totly aware nahin hote . Galat niranay ke adhar per pura jivan barbad ho sakta hai. Article 21 kewal judiciary ke niyam mein hi lagu hota hai jiska kewal fayda uthaya jata hai. Or judiciary ko kewal accused ke hi manav adhikar dikhayi dete hain. Victim ko nyay milta Kahan hai. Jhhote cases per to sangyan pura chalta hai jabki real victim ko nyay mil hi nahin pata. Nirdosh ko saja dene ke liye pravdhanon ka rona rote hain or asli accused ke liye article 21 dekhte hain.

right, because less than 16 years (may be 12, 13, 14, 15 years) girls get married in villages or in cities. so why not 16 years old is mature and adult for court cases and relationship and marriage because many girls (12-18) make relationship with their own consent. even in schools, 12 years old girls have boyfriends. but later boys are in trouble 😂😂😂😂

Age of consent and minor age for crime cases should be reduced to 14-15 years or atleast 16 equivalent to universal age Even if they want to keep marriageable age delayed to 18 n 21 4 f/m respectively Making 18 as age to consider for minor and even not considering consent of a 16Y.O maiden is not right

Needn't to change the age of children. In most of the cases, even 18+ years old aren't mature enough to take right decisions except sexual urges. Hence let it be as it's & let boys and men to take control of their sexual urges & desires.
