I feel like it’s also cause fragrances are so expensive, it feels like you really have to be sure of your decision to move on from it cause you’ll have to sink a lot of money if you decide you want it back!! Maybe that’s just me though :)

I think if you set the fragrance aside that you are confused about decluttering, perhaps give yourself a time frame of 3 months let's say. If you haven't reached for one in the next 3 months then chances are you probably won't. Unless it's a very specific seasonal scent. Another thing that can be helpful compared to one of your favorites, does it spark the same absolutely when you smell it. I have learned if you have a maybe and an absolutely, your going to grab the one that is is a 10/10...not a 7/10. 😊🤷‍♀️

I can’t imagine only having 4-5 in my collection. I like to rotate daily and will probably never finish a bottle but I enjoy the variety. Thank you for all the fragrance videos!! 😊❤️

What is it about declutter/clear out videos that makes them so compelling? Maybe it’s the idea of renewing our own collections, making room for something new. I love you reasoning behind these decisions. So thoughtful and mature. As my own fragrance collection grows (over 100 bottles 😅), I have to train myself to resist impulsive buys. Now, I literally spend months dating a scent before committing to it. No more flings, it has to be true love.🤣🤣🤣😘

This video is so good. I have kept perfumes that I didn't like purely for the packaging it's in. Now I think twice before buying without smelling it first. I would love it if you could do a review on green scented fragrances. I am going through a green leafy phase and my typical scents are usually floral. I also don't use CH goodgirl quite often but every times I wear it, I gave me confident feeling like I am wearing high heel. I find CH good girl perfectly to wear for long hrs drive (car) to go to vacation AKA (on the way Purfume)

coco edp is lovely, and i got an edt thinking it would be more versatile but ended up going through it without really enjoying it. when i purchased an edp again after finishing the edt, it immediately connected again with me. i have since found out that edt and edp are different & not necessarily just restricted to a difference in strength or longevity. this was a long time ago, because for at least 10yrs now i almost never get full sized bottles without first trying a sample or miniature for a while before committing. fragrances are way too expensive to experiment with or blind buying & hoping for the best ! being based in the states you are so fortunate to have minimal shipping restrictions (i’ve yet to see any brand saying they don’t ship to the US) as well as access to sites that sell decants to maximise trials before investment.

Uuuugh..I HATE it when beautiful fragrances don't project or last long 😤 😒 😥 I don't even care if other people can smell my fragrance but I want to catch whiffs of myself all day long. I LOVE Nest Cocoa Woods. Good thing it got discontinued because I would've bought a huge bottle only to be disappointed 😞 Good girl is gorgeous but if you don't see yourself actually reaching for it, just gift it to someone who doesn't have a lot of fragrances 😇💝

Blossom love is my signature scent. It is gorgeous and I don't sense the green note. It's harsh at the beginning 1st minute max, but damn it's absolutely gorgeous amaretto-cherry blossom-suede frag. it's insanely gorgeous and it's not overhyped. But people have different tastes. Noone around me can stand "black orchid" for ex. I can't use it because people have weird reactions when I use it.

I love perfume Erin, but if I had 100 bottles of perfume I would have anxiety! I would ideally have only five or so. One or two for the hot summer, one for work and maybe 3 or 4 that I feel are just special enough to own and hold on to. Flowerbomb, Botega Veneta, Angel, Coco Mademoiselle are the ones that are my staples. Lancôme’s Idole is my work fragrance.

Same here. At the moment I have about 30 bottles which is giving me major anxiety as I'm a minimalist at heart. It only happened because of the lockdown. I won't be buying anything until my collection is down to 10. I don't love most of them. My loves are Delina, Sì Fiori, Flowerbomb, Modern Muse, Ange ou Demon Le Secret, Burberry Her and Narciso Rodriguez for Her. I'm dying to her Bottega Venneta ☺️

Lol... massive declutter but in some ways not! I find it hard to let go of things too. I decluttered Gucci's A Song For the Rose, Givenchy's Dahlia Dvin Le Nectar and Tom Ford's Tubereuse Nue because I didn't like the scent any of them that much... but it was so hard to declutter because of the pretty packaging!

Perfect skin, hair, teeth, everytime I see erin. I watched her makeup sort out. I don't wear makeup anymore. Don't have date night 😢 I love perfumes, I own alot, sweet, my fav types. I have never had Tom Ford or smell it. I don't like channel madommesele (sorry can't spell it. I bought it frm Smith and caughey website before Xmas, forgot what it Smelled like, I don't like it, was granny, gave to my man's mum for Xmas, she was wrapped was $80 never put on my skin just in the air.

CH Good Girl is my staple (not signature) scent. Well balanced and can be worn in any setting. If I’m on the fence about what to wear, I grab Good Girl. It always makes me feel great and I know it’s going to work well no matter where I’m going.

Didn’t like blossom love either.. I almost couldn’t detect any floral notes at all.. I was also disappointed with silky woods - didn’t get a lot of vanilla, it smelled like a soft woody masculine scent on me 🥴

My trick is to buy a sample and the fragrance at the same time if it’s on sale and if I hate the sample I return the fragrance unopened. But yeah Angels Share is not for me but I think a great alternative that’s much cheaper and still gives you a yummy boozy experience is Vanilla Bourbon from Mix Bar!

Don’t get rid of Coco Chanel. She’s a classic and one of kind. She’s my favorite and first love Chanel that I truly love wearing frequently in fall and winter. I want to get the EDP version for my nighttime and special occasion wear. I have been wearing all of my Chanel and Jo Malone fragrances. I haven’t been reaching for others in my collection. Soon will declutter. I love Ellis Brooklyn Sweet. Literally almost out. Don’t think I’ll be repurchasing that one. The bright yellow bottle is pretty though. I wear this for casual wear and out of the shower. Last me a few good hours and then it becomes skin scent. I agree Super Amber is pretty but gone in 5 minutes for me. Not worth it. Right now I’m on the hunt for a spring time transition fragrance then I’ll be ready to rotate my vanity to spring and summer fragrances.

I don't like Blossom Love because I find it too animalic. I did get compliments when I wore it, but I didn't like it. Ouveture - I got a decant of it last year and never wore it. I agree. I liked smelling, but not wearing it. I tried to wear it last week and I almost threw up when I sprayed it on me. It's too perfumey. When I checked the notes, I saw that it had incense in it. I know now that I don't like incense in fragrance. I gave my decant to my son. I think Ouveture might be more masculine than unisex.

In my opinion, Blossom love is quite outdated. I am glad that I bought only decant and did not commit to the full bottle. It was disappointment for me after all the hype.
