I read the full report on the conspiracy to commit murder. The story all around shows that Tim still has the ability to turn from his ways. I won't defend what he did, but I will say that if I was in his position, I don't know if I would have handled it any better. I might not be the type to put a hit out on somebody, but nonetheless, it would still be a trying time for me and would be greatly depressing. I'm glad he's on the other side of it now.
