Your techniqiue and mastery are breathtaking. But your singing doesn't send down shiversthe spine, it does not move me. I would suggest listening to Coke Studio Pakistan's Ahmed Jehanzeb, Shafqat Amanat, Ali Sethi, Ali Zafar, Niazi Brothers, Shazia Mansoor, Naeem Abbas Rufi...... Another request. Could you please sing film songs with more heft ? Most of thengs you sing belong in the category of easy listening. basically Musak. Hello Abby, You belong in the 90 percentile staratum when it comes to technique - perfection. One concern though - Why do you use this bedroom/orgasmic voice when singing lighter numbers ? Could you please open your voice and sing a la Abby instead a la whoever sang the original ? This is a problem with all younger light music singers. They whisper and work too hard at conveying emotion. It just sounds very artificial, contrived and may I say dishonest. Think Lata Mangeshkar in her salad days, think Talat Mahmood, Mohammad Rafi (with some exceptions when he too did exaggerate emotions)..... Think Mukesh. His technical proficiency was limited but his voice.......open and honest broke one's heart. He sang with his soul and did not depend on voice modulation. Voice modulation when it comes to conveying feeling can do only so much and is vastle overrated. Rethink Abby and stop crooning so much. Ben yourself. Do not imitate. Uma, a well-wisher.
