Lydia Brubaker I know how it feels like, and I try to overcome this frustration by just simply ignoring it. If you are afraid of being judged, try to go over your fear, ignore it and focus on what you want. You want to learn and understand something; so asking about it is the most natural thing you can do.

I always waited til exam time to look over previous notes again, but during my summer class this year my professor would quiz us over the material he taught the previous day so I had to look over my notes daily. This made a huge difference in my grades and performance in the class!

I really recommend reading The Master Student. It was the only book we focused on in my Personal Growth class and it (the class/book) was soooo useful! It talks about pretty much everything from studying to money to diversity to memory and much more. It includes quizzes, journal prompts, and exercises. This book is amazing and fairly cheap I believe it was around $25 more or less

5:00 this doesn't work for me, because I'll get really intimidated by it and I'll start to think like "oh god, I still have to finish this semester by December, or else I'll fail my personal goal, I'll be behind and I also have to balance my other courses and get those done by then too, oh no" and immediately I'll break down out of stress and I simply won't be in the right mindset. This probably works for other people, but for me, it just doesn't work.
