another thing id add to the using your utility part is if you are playing high level players with good game sense and you throw a flash at someone close on the door be ready cause alot of the time youre gonna get swung and if youre the defender your best bet is to prob swing the flasher too if you dont have anywhere to fall back to

Love all the tips EXCEPT for #20. Reason being is that I run solo queue all the time and I play with my mains all the time because teammates are pretty much useless in solo queue. My main is Ash & Hibana on attack & Melusi & Azami on defense. I used to use cam operators like mozzie, Valk, zero, etc but teammates don't like to ping so it's pointless. I can't be on cams and play at the same time so I just run my main operators and play off myself every game

The problem i have when playing Attacker is that when my teammates die, they sit in spectate mode throughout the round or until there's barely any time left to then give the super duper helpful voice callout telling me i need to push, when they died doing dumb shit and not even sitting on drones or enemy cams if you have Dokka/Brava/etc.. People would rather sit and be silent instead of try and give callouts or drive their drone straight to the enemy to spam red scan them even if we know the site location and their ops

I don’t understand how people do quick peak with controller. They’ve got to be using MnK, right? Even with low deadstick zone, I can’t move the stick fast enough to quick peak, let alone clicking the sticks to quick lean peak. Much easier to do that with A and D on keyboard.

You can definitely quick peak on controller. I'll admit it is a bit tricky with trying to move ur sticks while pressing them at the same time but you'll be able to do it if you practise. Just look up a video on KZbin of exactly how to it and I promise you'll be able to do it.

I get "map control" but how do you drone after you enter. Every time I get pushed. Or flanked. Or C4ed. It's pointless. When you drone, it takes so long to drone both rooms connected to the same room that by the time you clear the last room, the cav has rotated into the first room you are meant to be entering.

The best advice I can give here is to save that first drone. Its so very very important. People will bomb rush it to site, but if you get it set up where you plan to attack you can quickly switch to it while using your 2nd drone for the rest of your path / rooms

You shouldn’t be spending that long droning, and if you are, then there’s one of two problems: either you’re droning too much at once or you’re droning inefficiently. I can fully drone even the largest room in less than five seconds, and if you’re getting pushed after ten seconds of droning you weren’t in a safe enough position to drone in the first place. Especially if you’re getting C4’d.

I can only quick peak so many times on account of me being so afraid at being shot in my back, because my low level teammates will leave when you think they have a certain area covered. Even when they do, they’re looking in the same direction as me or elsewhere. I’ve gotten killed so many times because of that, and because I accidentally make an ugly habit of not quick peaking because of that. It’s a habit produced out of the stupidity of my teammates. Though I know I should just get better of course and not blame it on other people, but that’s not what I’m doing. Ppl don’t have the mental capacity to see the domino effect in their stupidity. And how much it affects other players. Like your average Ashe and smg12 mains, that obviously lack the tactical brain skills to to think and act accordingly and fast enough all at the same time.
