Love how you just so the kicks and the fact that you have good opening and the legs gets fully open creating beautiful lines, unlike other people whom they can certainly do kicks and awesome tricks but they don't streatch enough and the ending result is bended knees in the air making the whole move/kick literaly ugly.

@@desserah4243 not at all, start with front kicks, round kicks, and crescent kicks. They help with flexibility and strength. Do front and side planks for a minute each. That's core strength, lift weights and continue training work on a butterfly kick it takes time.

All of the kicks can be used in combat. Its just that he kept the camera too low on the ground so it made you look that his kicks are hitting too high. But believe me the kicks were hitting straight to the head and chest level.

Wow, surprised to see one of these just like my own! That is, I litteraly taught myself the Pop - 180 on my own without even knowing its a real kick, only, knowing that I don't even attend a Karate class or anything of that nature, my kicks are lousy. I do impress my friends, and get an amusement out of it, but its isn't enough. I wish to achieve flexibility and mobility using some stretch workouts.
