Sorry for missing your comment. I've done kicking style tricking since 2013. Before that I was just flipping and wasn't very flexible. Nowadays I don't stretch every day if you don't count my dynamic warmups for tricking sessions. I have a video on stretching so check that out!

Usually people can get basics like this by just training tricking. Doing squats, deadlifts and their single leg versions can be helpful.

Thanks. These are just my easiest tricks 😅 Check out more of my videos. Also you will just have to train your flips a lot and they will get higher. Try some squat jumps too. They are great for developing jumping power.

Yeah it most definitely is but you should know that progressing will take a lot of time and effort. You should start with the easiest moves and build up your skills little by little.
