@@tzukhi I am not a man so I really couldn’t tell you what is a good price, but 400 is just too much. I would suggest to go to barbers where “regular” Turks go. Look at non touristy areas and ask the barber beforehand. My husband loves the barbers in Turkey and says they are best. Ask Turks where they get their hair cut and how much they pay. If you travel to other cities in Turkey definitely get them there cause everywhere is cheaper than Istanbul. I hope it helps and enjoy your vacation!

Mac, Turkey is a lot cheaper than the price you are mentioning just try to avoid Touristic areas and ask for the prices before you buy anything..Your US Dollar will stretch big time there..Turkey is beautiful and you will enjoy it to the fullest as it has everything you can imagine.. cheers
