25 WEEKS PREGNANT UPDATE | IT'S GETTING TOUGH WITH A TODDLER

25 weeks pregnant and it is getting tough! seriously with a two-year-old toddler and SPD pains, those two are just aren't meant to mix. Have just over 3 months left (God willing) and I hope it flies by. I have been struggling with her being so active and demanding. Also with all the kids play areas being closed and nowhere much to take her it's not been easy. Wasn't feeling great and thought I'd come and just talk about some realities of pregnancy. I didn't get to finish what I wanted to say Nazmia didn't let me. But ill post more in my next update!

I'm also 25 weeks and have had SPD since week 10. I went for chiropractor treatment today and alhamdulillah for the first time I felt like something helped me. Pain went from 10 to about 4, she recommended some more sessions. Please consider it. Glad to be sharing my pregnancy journey with you x

How many times did you get your blood pressure checked and urine tested at the hospital? All my appointments have been done over the phone and my last time getting everything checked was my 9 week appointment. It's so bad cause of covid they're doing all appointments over the phone!!

@@p96-d8d ok ,so by now they definitely called to communicate you the results of the very first blood test in your first appointment, and probably things were good for you that's why you didn't need another urine tests (for infections and stuff) , but you're at 25 weeks , and they should fixe you a date for glucose screening test to check for pregnancy diabetes, l did it at my 25 weeks too , otherwise in your 28 weeks , you will repeat all your blood tests , blood pressure cheking from that stage on, should be done periodically,and they will arrange you a face to face appointment (finally )with midwife team that will support you until labour day inchAllah, mine will be today and l'm so excited, l can totally understand your concern because me too l was really worried about this whole situation, so yes you need to call to ask about your glucose screening test 25 weeks , and at 28 weeks you will do a bunch of blood tests/urine tests /scannings ....... good luck
