For me, I’ve struggled a lot with having to get married one day and having to have sex. Sometimes, I can’t rap my head around the act because I feel it’s not so holy. I’ve tried so many times on my own to change such mindsets. Thankfully, the Word is transforming my thoughts and prayer is helping out but it’s not been easy. It is a serious issue, I believe not just for me. Sometimes, while single, we aim to please God so much so that we tend to not focus our minds on fornications (sex before marriage) and that’s one of the root of seeing the sexual act as generally unholy. I won’t compromise on pleasing God, but there has to be a healthy balance somewhere, where we are inspired to want to have good sex in future when we are married. May the Lord continue to help us and grant us the strength to keep transforming our minds!

Thank you sir for this... Please i Will love to get your insight on this... A situation when a woman in her late 30s looses her husband, she has children possibly already in their youths/ some even married. How is she expected to stay put without having sex(assuming she still has to live for extra 30years after husband's demise) when nature/biologically she will often feel horny and in need of sexual satisfaction. Not her fault that husband died...buh here is nature(biology ) calling & she has to deal with this for the next 30-40years What is your advise /recommendation regarding such case. Remember she has Children already (some even married with kids)
