Perdona, pero parece que en ese restaurant sólo sirven platillos para degustar. En mi pueblo comemos como chanchos y no como gatos, ja, ja, ja. Un plato sin su cerro de arroz, no pasa nada, ja, ja, ja. Ahora, en serio, el plato más delicioso que probé fue el tacacho con su cecina en Pucallpa.

Es comida de alto nivel, no vas a comparar la comida casera o callejera a la comida de alto nivel. Los que cocinan son chefs que han estudiado en prestigiosas escuelas, eso ya no se trata de tragar se trata de darle un gusto a tu paladar, por algo quedo como el mejor restaurante del 2022 calificada por chefs expertos, ojala sigan abriendo mas restaurantes asi

Lo que indicas, tiene mucho de razón, y ojalá abran mas locales de ese tipo, ... desafortunadamente, para mi, las monedas no me ayudan, ja, ja, ja.. Sólo te puedo decir, que he probado el mejor caldo de gallina, en la parada. La mejor sopa criolla, fue en una fonda japonesa, también en la parada. La orejita de chancho, el cerebro de carnero, la rica chanfainita con su mote, la agua rosada de una huancaína, todos en la parada. El mejor chifa del mundo mundial, lo probé en el centro de Lima, cuando existían los kioscos. El tacacho con su cecina en la laguna de yarinacocha, uf no sabes lo que es. El mejor pollo a la brasa, en la parada. Los mejores sanguches en Trujillo y Miraflores. El mejor ceviche debe de ser el de Jesús María. El mejor huevo frito, en la puna de Arequipa, allá en las alturas donde solo encuentras chuño. Huancayo y su chicharrón... y así podemos seguir y seguir. ... así que vive la vida y no dejes que la vida te viva.

No es para todos pues, tienes que estar más o menos comido para que sepas apreciar comida Gourmet…a mi también me gusta comer rico y de alto volumen pero a la vez; aprecio este tipo de servidos
