I am into basic calisthenics. Push ups and squats after work every other day for the past 2 years. I gotta say I love this manly thing of maintaining a record in pen. I do it in my phone but I prefer your method. Also, keep pushing man! Basic clean push-ups build so much strength.

Thanks for your comment. Your routine of every-other-day push-ups and squats for 2 years is awesome. Calisthenics have been great for me over the years! And yeah, I prefer handwritten journaling since I've done it for so long.
