Dude has really good hand work and the filming is very good. That engine stand is way cool! He's done this before if he has that. This is quick, but accurate. Well done. Does anyone know how to make these shift better? My 2023 5 month old ZS 223 in my X-PRO TITAN is notchy, cranky,... difficult. I'm using the recommended Rotella oil.

Looks like I've got the same question as many others on here. Could you please put some text or voice over on your video to explain what settings and specifications you actually set the engine to when rebuilding it. You showed me a very cool clip of you setting the exhaust valves, but that gave me absolutely no information on how to actually do it. The best reference I can find online for anyone else that reads this comment is to set your exhaust. 003 and your intake to .004 I've also found other videos on KZbin that recommend setting them both to .004

Hey. I have one of these and it's smoking from between the head and cylinder. Will that require a full rebuild? Also, I can't find a rear replacement hub to save my life. It's sheared and needs to be replaced.

I'm rebuilding my orion agb30 and still don't have spark. Waiting on the AC cdi and 8 post 5 wire stator. Went over most of the rest of the bike already. Still need to do a valve gap, forks. Mine has this stupid kill switch on the brake lever. Only 100$ in on replacement parts. Hope I get it running good.

The pad over the bar clamp is for FAT BARS, which you do not have. You need to get a crossbar pad, soon. It's geared for highway speeds. Find a rear sprocket that is about the size of the brake rotor. 46T to 48T. Front Sprocket should be a 13/14T. Then it's a trail bike. Ya wanna be able to plunk your way over rocks and roots at a crawl speed if nessasary. It's not a street bike.

Zongshen are awesome I’ve raced out doors on mine just started doing supercross training on it to hopefully race anahime 1 supercross since I took it off the dealership floor I’ve never had to touch the suspension or anything I actually sold all my tools cause I e never had to even tighten a chain or any nut on the bike I’ve never even changed an air filter an I’ve had 243 Gate drops an wins on it
