Not quite bad to the point of sitting in front of a mirror, but my one time with 500mg was similar. My whole body was shaking for a couple of hours and I felt like if I didn't consciously think about breathing, I might not do it. I was a heavy smoker too, and a couple of days before, I did a single 100mg gummy and didn't really feel it, as I was smoking at the same time. So I was thinking, well if I didn't really feel it, I must have been quite far from the limit. So I took 5 and within an hour, very much regretted it. Found out my upper limit was 300mg, after which it wasn't fun anymore.
