"At any given moment... Am I in a state of fear or am I in a state of trust? Am I in Reactivity (at the effect of circumstances) or am I in Creativity (fully present and alive)? In a relationship, am I in drama or in collaboration (co-creativity)? Am I in Survival or Thriving (growth)? ... When we are aware we get to choose where we want to be ... above or below the line? ... High-level problem solving is not available below the line. What do you want? What do you choose? You have to locate yourself (above or below the line) to understand what you can do or not do from that consciousness. And then observe... Can you accept yourself for being exactly where you are? Self-awareness (truth) needs to be followed by self-acceptance (grace)."
