"Leaders are great, not because they have power ... but because they empower others" - just one of the brilliant soundbites I pulled from this powerful and empowering keynote. Lolly truly is a leader for all leaders - inspirational, motivational and beyond knowledgable. Thank you for sharing!

This is one of the great Ted Talks that I have ever viewed. ALmost lost me at the beginning with the religion, but I am becoming a huge fan of Daskal. This is a Ted talk that one can listen to daily or when they need motivation.

Lead from within - 100% true. When you lead from within, parts of you will trust you, parts of you will be inspired and brave, they will feel safe and secure. When that happens people around you will feel the same towards you

Yes 👍🏽, staying self grounded & having a servant attitude keeps the soul happy. 😊 Embracing all of yourself, flaws & all. That vulnerability is transformational.

Many lessons learned: "To be a great leader, all you need is a heart full of grace, and a soul generated by love..." Know who you are, and what's most important to you... let your values be your compass. Acknowledge who we are; our successes and our shadows. Resist the urge to disqualify people, but revere those who persevere; those who remain calm in a storm and embrace their shadows. The most common way we give our way our power is thinking we don't have any. Leaders are not born; they are made through values, virtues, principles, and character. Lead from within in order to empower others to stand in their truth and to speak in their power. Leadership exists in each of us.

Why is ted talk using viewbots?
@mayavlogs74 жыл бұрын
grate
@JulianDanzerHAL90014 жыл бұрын
why does this video get ake views by questionable methods? I mean I don't want to put blame on ted x - they seem like a generally serious and decently trustworthy channel - so either someoen else is buying views for them or they don't know what they're doing - can't blame anyone specific when we don't know - but TEDx videos like this and others are definitely getting views from botnets and 3rd party ads
