When bleeding the caliper ,,,should you bleed the inside valve first then the outter on each caliper. Or is one good enough per cailper.

you need to bleed both. Start with the one furthest from the brake master cylinder. outer, then inner.

you should open bleeder when pushing in pistons and send fluid into catch pan instead of back through abs system.

I don't because I don't want to take a chance of draining the master cylinder while trying to push the pistons back in. It would make a mess as well.

Could you link the brake bleeder tool and the extended reservoir tool you used on the master cylinder?

Out of curiosity, any reason not to do the automated bleed with the ABS pump after completing the process at the wheels?

scottdman if you have the tool to cycle the abs, then yes, it’s a good idea. If not, no big deal. It’s a very small amount of fluid

thanks, I wasn't sure if it was necessary/required as part of the bleed process. I'm planning a caliper swap w/stainless lines on my base C6 and was curious. Appreciate your reply!

Do you realize there are 2 bleeder valves per caliper? I only saw you loosen one bleeder valve per caliper. Is there a reason for that?

Anthony Pell If the calipers were bone dry you would need to bleed both of those bleachers. Says they are full of fluid I am simply pull in the fluid through the caliper. It would not hurt to do both of them though.

Make you clean your rotors with brake cleaner before you install them.
