This isnt strictly true - it depends on if you are buying from the primary source or secondary source. Rule of thumb the market creates the price not the VAT.

days wages = 100 quid. I aim for 3k a month so thats the baseline. I can go a week without earning and then I can have a day or 2 where I make a grand in a day but ultimately I am aiming for the minimum of 3k a month profit.

TBH there is no such thing - When I say a days wage I mean £100 but the reality of being self employed is I can make nothing in a week and sometimes a grand in a day - I just hope to average a 100 a day on the coins across the year :)
