Its a good guide, but as others have said its a bit dodgy on quality. Not sure if its cus of the aspect ratio you are using, your over compressing it, or a combination of those two things. Certainly for me on widescreen monitor its pretty poor even on 1080p. Maybe experiment a bit more with fraps and aspect ratios to lose your borders after editing/upload.
