노엘이 좋은 점은 남들은 말 안하는 가려운 곳을 시원하게 긁어주는 거다 긁어도 애매하게 긁는게 아니라 진심 시원하게 긁어줘.. 한국 사람들이나 일본 사람들은 본인들이 특별하다고 말해달라면서 거기에 집착하는데 가수한테는 다 똑같은 그냥 팬일 뿐이다 특별한게 없다

Wow, at 9:40 that's the first time ever I think Noel has given a realistic, down to earth answer about being the biggest band in the world during their 1996 heyday...he usually says it's the greatest thing ever and he enjoyed every second. Here, he's saying, for the first time I've heard anyway, it was a huge slog and very hard work...Always made it sound effortless before. I guess he's got nothing to lose by being fiercely honest now...

Actually I really enjoyed this interview, Noel is funny and cool as always and its good to see an interviewer that actually cares for the band and shows how happy he is by interviewing one of his idols. GREAT =)

Korea and Japan are very nationalistic so they think they are so much better than everyone else, but still have an inferiority complex whereby they need to be told how great they are by other people (especially Europeans). It's fucking mental. I absolutely love how Noel answered that question to put them back in their place hahaha!

I was watching this during down time at work. One of the office assistants is Korean-American and she noticed the Korean characters and came over to my cubicle. According to her, the interviewer spent some time growing up in Los Angeles before moving to Korea to pursue a TV career. Los Angeles has the largest population of Koreans outside of Seoul so the story jives. In a strange way, it almost seemed like Noel took a liking to the kid. "Korean footballers have great hair cuts"
