Dear faithful. I grew up in a crowded family, no fathers. I felt embarrassed and suffered low self esteem. Was always a prolific reader from childhood but no God and no Jesus was ever mentioned except in contempt. I was curious about a book that I heard continuously praised, praised over thousands of years. The Bible. Finally my heart was opened to the gospel, I was tumultuously born again. Greatest day of my life, 1984. And my mother was too, after suffering a stroke. The hospice worker came everyday and prayed w her. It was a blessed and beautiful experience. Now I pray for my sisters, guided by the scriptures. The peace that surpasses all understanding. I understand why and how the Bible truly is the greatest book one can read. And hear. The Apocrypha is a selection of books published in the original 1611 King James Bible for 274 years, and was placed at the end of the Old Testament with the New Testament following. Then in 1885, for reasons unknown, they were removed. So we are putting them back for those who want to read the missing Books of the APOCRYPHA. It's not certain why the APOCRYPHA was taken out of the 1611 King James Bible in 1885. Some conjecture, and it was taken out by the printers, who wanted to save money on publishing the King James Bible. The word Apocrypha simply means "Hidden. The word Apocrypha simply means "Hidden. The Apocrypha is a selection of books which were published in the original 1611 King James Bible at the end of the Old Testament and positioned between the Old and New Testament. It also contained maps and genealogies. The apocrypha was a part of the King James Bible for 274 years until being removed in the year 1885. It's not certain why the apocrypha was taken out of the king James Bible in 1885. Some conjecture, and it was taken out by the printers, who wanted to save some money on the publishing of the King James Bible. The truth is the original 1611 King James Version contained the Deuterocanonical books. Just as these books the Protestants call the "Apocrypha" Books were in Martin Luther's Translation and all of the Earlier Protestant English Translations of the Bible which Predated the 1611 KJV.
