7:35 No wonder your scissors weren't cutting, you were using the very tip of them. And the only thing that makes sense to me about using the foil to make the scissors cut better is that you started to cut a bit farther down on the scissors (which puts more pressure on the material being cut).

Actually a good sharp pair of scissors, you should be able to cut it full length. I would also suspect, they are showing you "how" to sharpen scissors with foil, not show you the actual moment that this occurred.

for the Polymer Clay don't take the glass bowl out of the oven and set it on the counter or you will have a glass bowl that you will either just break or it could explode on you leave it on the metal pan that went into the oven with it it will cool down more slowly don't bake your piece as long as the instruction either because the clay will bake a few minutes just sitting in the very hot bowl so 13 minutes per 1/4 inch instead of 15 minutes. I left a clay head in my back window in my car for a couple days when I took it out it was Black From The Sun.
