Can't do much speed in this or else it will break apart. I recommend building a mold out of wood to make a fiberglass hull

Looks like he did epoxy the hull. If you think it will break apart at speed just because its wood then you don't know much. The reason you see more fiberglass hulls instead of wood is the fact that wood is more maintenance and will rot.

Why the hell did you use spray foam?

this is not spray foam, it s a special compound for boats to make it unsinkable even if the boat is broken or cut in half it will still float ! I put this compound in every one of the boat hulls I build.
