Idk about that, missing a headslam can massively screw you over and it can't be dragged making it harder to hit. Not to mention it also takes stamina and hurts you.

Not everyone can play Videogames for multiple hours a day or week. Most of the players playing this game are not good enough where a few seconds of cooldown will mater. Comment sections of videos like this are not representative of the majority of the playerbase and will warp your view of how skillfull players are. Yours is a gamer talk that has time to spare. As a Solo player, Pycno used to be my go to dino, especially before the TLC. I've had a hard time adjusting to all the changes but this video made me want to try it out again! Thanks for the upload!

Very interesting take on the current meta for sure. I wouldn’t say pycno is the most meta Dino rn simply because it really doesn’t have a way of successfully fighting in prolonged group fight (you were able to kill that mixpacking allo through a combination of speed and the enemy failing to cover the allos openings) anymore with knockout being nigh useless. Personally I’d also recommend using stability instead of juggernaut since it benefits both juke and charge immensely plus you aren’t penalized for trying to stand your ground against small things. Also the damage bonus from charge in juggernaut is kind of offset by the reduced damage of a close range headslam. Juggernaut is still by all means great but not the best sense in my opinion. Try out braced legs too it’s really fun :) Nice vid, have a good one!

I think pycno needs a cooldown nerf bc if you are mid tier you cant do anything against pycno, you cant run away and you cant kill it which is unbalanced because if they cant outrun you, you must be weak, just spam its charge and enemy is ded, nothing they can do

Allo and dasp easily have favorable matchups with pycno, they can easily trade a pyc to death, they also have way better turning. As a pycno you have to work for openings and good trades. Pyc is high risk high reward, doesn't need a nerf imo you just gotta get gud.

If you are attempting a matchup in a wide open area like Grand Plains for example, the odds are in the Pycno's favor. However, you can easily defend yourself against a pycno by using your environment to your advantage. Particularly small groups of rocks or just running into a forest/dense area to shake them off.

Lamb is insanely weak, even for a support, imo. At least metri can run away or fight back. I mean, that kick that did maybe 10% of your health, a pycno that has 500 or so hp.

There's usually just no reason to spend stamina on it, when I can turn around normally. And pycno does enough kb, that I usually don't need to use the voice either. I mostly use it against apexes or to push people off cliffs
