Hey Particia, regarding the sewing machine - it has a lever, usually on the side facing you, which makes it go backwards. Maybe you have an older machine where this lever does not bounce back automatically. Putting the lever down should fix the problem ❤

That lever is working fine. Still using it to start/end my stitching! Something else is stuck somewhere 😢
