Εlise don’t be disappointed if you don’t get the house, it means it wasn’t “waiting” for you after all. I remember when me and my husband placed an offer on a house that seemed perfect for us, someone else got it. I was devastated, crying my eyes out. We were searching for so long, I was pregnant, tired and I thought we would never find something within our budget that ticks all the boxes. Guess what! We found a better one! First night I slept here it felt so familiar, I didn’t have to “adjust” like in other places, I was home. Kisses from Greece!

Isn’t it amazing what curtains can do? Elise I’m so so happy for you. You have a good sense of what is going to bring value. My husband and I have bought and sold nine homes and I touch every one of them. Elise all your renovations were very tasteful completed. Skylights A+ Kitchen A+ living room, bedroom, laundry room, wallpaper, closet. All completed beautifully. Garden will be bursting with life very soon. Print off a few spring photos of your garden. Trust me when you first showed you garden I never even saw the house and fell in love. Best tip to sell house in America is the smell of fresh baked cookies. Works every time. Or bury a St Joseph statue upside down. lol How did your house appraise? Good I'm sure. Loved the collection. Hi Elise, a very wise older real estate agent I was chatting to many years ago told me "you dont make money selling real estate, you make money buying it". I had to make an offer like that on a home I loved. It was the absolute only offer I could make. The blessing is that, it’s true that it’ll work out if it’s meant to be, but it also takes some stress away, in a way.
