Eating healthy and training hard is the way to go!!!! I must say you had some pretty good form there too; no overly obvious arc in the back! Nice job man!

@officereagle Thanks man, right on! My goal now is breaking the 300 mark and weighing 150. I've hit 295 on the decline bench, but need to work numbers like that into the flat bench too.. more healthy eating and training hard :)

Lots of skinny dudes benching good numbers on you tube? I never see skinny guys like this lifting the same amount of weight at the public gyms?? Either way, that's a good lift for a little guy.
