Thanks Chris. I'm from South Korea, and I am sure that there are lots of bodybuilding fans from South Korea watching this. Not just from bodybuilding perspective, a lot of Korean fans might need what you have been trying to deliver from your videos, the champion mentality, not everyone can become 'cbum' but people can embrace the attitude of pursuing goal and not giving up during their own journey. I've recently been to the florida during the hurricane milton time to finish my USMLE journey as an international medical graduate. During the time of inevitable cancelation of my originally booked exams and possibly returning to korea without any result, I watched your Mr Olympia and speech and decided to book another exams and write it off despite delaying my flights and changing location to write. I tried not to give up. It was one of the great deicisions of my life. Hope everyone watching your youtube get a good influence and change their lives in a positive way. On the process of following the new plan and deicison, I got to visit one of your local gyms, Vive gym, and I think it was a great experience too. It would be nice to see you if you and your family ever visit Korea (South). Will enjoy watching your next chapter in life. Cheers Champ.

I really enjoy it and it could help you still scratch that competitive itch that champions never really lose even after retirement . And an added bonus is you would be more capable of defending yourself and your beautiful family . Also , one of the best advices I can give to a father is to have your kid in some form of martial art as early as possible . The positive effects on their growth and development both mentally and physically are astronomical 🙏🙏 . It is such a amazing base for a young growing child , good luck with everything man , you are a legend
