Lifting some heavy ass weights alone in your own gym with a freaking black camaro inside, no shoes on, a big ass fan blowing some fresh air with a beautiful sunny day outside knowing when you get home you'll be welcomed by your wife and baby has to be one of the best feelings ever. Thanks Chris. I'm from South Korea, and I am sure that there are lots of bodybuilding fans from South Korea watching this. Not just from bodybuilding perspective, a lot of Korean fans might need what you have been trying to deliver from your videos, the champion mentality, not everyone can become 'cbum' but people can embrace the attitude of pursuing goal and not giving up during their own journey. I've recently been to the florida during the hurricane milton time to finish my USMLE journey as an international medical graduate. During the time of inevitable cancelation of my originally booked exams and possibly returning to korea without any result, I watched your Mr Olympia and speech and decided to book another exams and write it off despite delaying my flights and changing location to write. I tried not to give up. It was one of the great deicisions of my life. Hope everyone watching your youtube get a good influence and change their lives in a positive way. On the process of following the new plan and deicison, I got to visit one of your local gyms, Vive gym, and I think it was a great experience too. It would be nice to see you if you and your family ever visit Korea (South). Will enjoy watching your next chapter in life. Cheers Champ.

This is poetry in motion. We are witnessing a man who has both attained something great and chose to then let it go (at one of the highest levels imaginable). We cannot imagine what he is thinking, nor feeling right now. But he is still choosing to be his best and to share his journey with us. What a privilege to watch this excellent human being during this time. Wish him nothing but the best.

Watching this video, I can't help but feel that this might be the last time we see Chris in such insane shape. In 10-12 years, a new generation of bodybuilding fans will watch these clips with the same admiration we have for legends like Ronnie and Jay. Six-time Mr. Olympia Classic Physique champion-this is history in the making, and it's overwhelming in the best way to witness it. Congratulations on your incredible journey, Chris (not "Cbum" or "Daddy Cbum"), and happy retirement! Thank you for inspiring us all, brother. Wishing you the best in your next chapter!

I've got a kind of binge eating disorder I'll admit to though I eat over 10k usually once a week. 20k is really uncomfortable though, just gotta eat junk all day and after a few of the big meals you just lay down thinking "ugh I don't wanna move, I never wanna eat this food again" Then a week later you forget how it felt and do it again😂

Probabaly only "Sports TRT" like 250 - 300mg plus a little bit of GH maybe. No way he will stop completely, he would look like a normal muscular person soon.

I've been watching this channel. Since, Chris won his first Mr. Olympia in 2019 and I don't care If he'll do more Olympias or not I understood so many aspects of life through this youtube channel it just not watching someone jacked working out chris showed his life and taught us how to be a better human being. Chris thanks man for motivating all of us we don't care you compete or not keep doing whatever you want to man.

CBUM is never training for nothing. Excited to see his next part of fatherhood. I know he will make a great father with the amount of genuine care he gives everything. Will be fun watching how he progresses as a father. Also, I hope he keeps up with KZbin and starts giving extended rundowns on his lifts

Hey Chris , something I think you would really enjoy now that you have more time on your hands is jiu jitsu . I really enjoy it and it could help you still scratch that competitive itch that champions never really lose even after retirement . And an added bonus is you would be more capable of defending yourself and your beautiful family . Also , one of the best advices I can give to a father is to have your kid in some form of martial art as early as possible . The positive effects on their growth and development both mentally and physically are astronomical 🙏🙏 . It is such a amazing base for a young growing child , good luck with everything man , you are a legend

Great champs are measured by the character not just their success in sports..because that success is only a glimpse in the flow of time. How you treat people will reflect on you to your very end

Reminds me of when I graduated engineering. You get so used to having a goal and your back against the wall with that goal that when it’s finished the aggression has nowhere to go. Took 6mo for the edge to come off. After finding great employment the hunger came back which has me in the gym again working out aggressively.
