Corbeau fx1 seat. Stock 135k mile trans. Just swapped out the torq converter for a fri 3000 stall and threw a derale trans cooler. That's all for the trans. I love 2v and its definitely not going anywhere but faster. Thanks for watching brother

Jlt ram air intake, BBK 78mm throttle body, Pacesetters Long Tube headers, BBK x pipe, slp catback, threw a new engine in 3 years ago. Has about 14k on it now. Stock 137k mile trans with a 3000 fti converter, 3.90 gears. Weighed about 28xx here(currently 27xx and a bit quicker now) it's on a canned 93 bama tune. My recommendations is weight and a good converter!! 👍 suspension too

How is your stall converter lockup set up? Are you locking up any in second or are you just locking in third? I can’t really hear any lockup in the video. I’m trying to figure out the best for mine. I’m trying to hit the 7.90s in the 1/8th with NPI heads. My best so far is a 8.19.

@@SGTRacing Mine will lockup in 2nd and third a little after each shift and pull it down in RPM. I have SCT Advantage 3 and I’m going to do some transmission tuning. I’m going to do a tune with no lockup in any gear and a tune with lockup in just third. This will be my last track outing for the year. I need to get more weight out of it. It weighed 3255lbs with me in it. 7.80s is awesome. That thing is impressive

Yea. Last track pass was a 12.5... Just been busy with moving and what not. But slowly getting the car lighter. I'd assume it's about 100+lbs lighter since this video. Still have another 100 to go. 👀 car is running great. can't wait to shave off a few more tenths when better weather rolls around. These cars are great for 1/8th mile racing. Good luck man

@@ProxityProductions I think as of now. I am the fastest stock na new edge 2v. At best on a stock na setup 11.9 is what im going for before heads and cams. I've seen stock 2v's run 10.8s with a turbo. And there are a few heads/cammed 2v's running 11.3s-11.5.

Sure can. The track is 160 mile round trip. Drove it there and back getting 38+ mpg. All though I did retire it from daily duties( Mt tires don't last long) and the car is in great condition so I rather park it and drive my other cars. Car is no problem driving anywhere. It's registered and insured.

@@dnegel9546 Well I have 2 amps, 2 10s, 72sq feet of 80 mil sound deadening. And that's with me in it. Half a tank of gas and no spare tire. So figure if I didn't have me and the sound system it would be 3500lbs or so. Take it to a truck stop and pull it across the CAT Scales. Or if you have a local garbage dump nearby you can probably ask to weigh your car.
