What the producers didn't understand, was the fans didn't want DRAMA! The fights, arguing, ect!!!!! We tuned in to see drag racing, and while we understood crap happens, it's not why we watch! Deadliest Catch was such a successful show, because their producers had hit puberty!!!!!

I used to watch the show and they talked about having to find a good road to race on. Well, the struggle is real in OKC! I was just there, and I could not believe how bad the road surfaces are. Worst I have ever driven on in the eight states that I have lived in. Good luck to those that use those streets daily!

And are you saying Azn’s engineering is greater than Ferrari or Porsche engineers? If Ferrari or Porsche wanted to make a 1/4 mile only drag car, they could easily build one that would blow this piece of sh*t away. Get real. Straight line speed is a obvious factor, but then the thing has to be great in the corners also. Proper driving and most fun is speeding through corners. There has to be give and take in all areas that make it a proper car that can be built and raced? and will last. That is what is impressive. If they wanted to build a cheap piece of crap that only goes fast in a straight line they could easily do that too. But I forgot, Americans are renowned for building cars that only go in a straight line lol

The 405 is an area code in Oklahoma, including Oklahoma City, Edmond, El Reno, Norman, Stillwater, Shawnee, Chickasha, Tuttle, Moore, and Guthrie. They had to live in one of those areas to be on the list, it’s why boosted gt moved here with the yellow mustang and a pop up trailer outside of big chiefs shop. In that episode they explain you have to live in the 405 to be on their list.
