Looks and sounds like it has the 2.92:1 diff, and standard 4-speed. It needs the 3.23:1 diff and the close ratio 4-speed.

Mate, I seen a dude on Facebook selling short shift kits for 4spd single rail Borg Warner (Ford or Valiant) that apparently sharpens the shitting feel and reduces throw.
