Raju Bueno It's the city of Toronto. You can't expect the kind of privacy you get in the country. This house has a good size lot . I'm sure the neighbours are nice too. So many people who comment about houses being too close must not be home owners. Not everyone wants the amount of work that goes with a lot large lot in the country. My sister and her husband have a large lot and it takes so much care keeping the lawn cut and trimmed and the gardens looking good. Then it takes them 20 minutes to drive to town to pick up groceries. In the city, everything is minutes away and there are multiple grocery stores everywhere. ( At least where I live in Burlington, Ontario) Oh...and my neighbours are very nice.
