Eat healthy, sleep well, study, use rice water, a good serum (niacinamide+vitamin c) , a nice moisturizer(according to your skin type), and drink plenty of water, also don't wash your face multiple times instead do it twice or thrice in rare case (morning+afternoon+evening or night) whatever works.

Here are a few things I do that helped me get skin without any acne and healthy all day. - Use a gentle face wash that removes excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face cleanser only as it balances the skin pH as well. - Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise aids clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steaming, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other things you use because they can host germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

In the past, I used to have clear skin. However, in recent times, I started experiencing acne breakouts. I didn't know that my harsh face wash I used was actually drying up my skin.
