I have had tinnitus since 2018. At one point the ringing got loud enough where sleeping felt like a chore. I tried everything from white noise, pink noise, and nature sounds. It never helped, and I would always be able to hear the ringing. Although one day I found this channel, along with some others, and it changed everything. I find myself listening to your channel the most. Thank you!!! I would not be able to rest if it wasn’t for you, and the other great ASMR channels I’ve found. (I don’t even get the ASMR sensation - unfortunately - my ears just really appreciate a break from the ringing.)
