The best way I can describe that house style is "clean". I've seen that style of house 1 million times (blame HGTV) and if I didn't know better, I would swear it's the only style of house in downtown Toronto. In fact, I'm now questioning if that was the style of house I spent my first 4 years of life in 50 years ago! That being said, this is one of the nicest renditions of that classic, 2-floor, narrow Toronto house I have ever seen (Sorry Property Brothers and Love It Or List It!).

I love the enthusiasm but as someone who grew up in Ontario for 30+ years, lives in the GTA 25 minutes from downtown Toronto and owns a home here I can tell you that the cost of living is beyond insane. If you can afford to live here without struggling then Ill be the first to welcome you! It took me and the wife both having jobs and side businesses to be able to live the lifestyle we have. My buddy is moving to Texas where $600K CAD can get you a mansion in a gated community...

@@JohnChan LOL! I grew up in T.O. but live in Tampa now. You can get almost any 3500 sq ft waterfront home in Tampa for that right now. Crazy what's going on with home prices up there.
