27 SUPERB AIRCRAFT in 30 minutes | A380 B747 A340 A350 B777 B787 | Melbourne Airport Plane Spotting

Welcome to another video. Today's video features an action packed lineup of landings and take offs from around Melbourne Airport. Some notable highlights include what probably was the final visit by the Qantas B747 to Melbourne, doing its Antarctic Charter flight which can be found at 1:30. Also Qantas used its B747 on some domestic routes which VH OEF operated. VH OEF has now been retired and it was great to catch it one final time at Melbourne, 19:40. Also winding back the clock a bit I've included the Hi Fly Malta A340 which was replacing Royal Brunei's B787's for a while. Sure wish the A340 made some more visits to Melbourne. Great filming, interesting to see the wheel brakes come on the landing gear before being retracted into the bay on the Air NZ flight. Very clear footage. Can you imagine how the 747 landing looked just above you head prior to landing in Rarotonga. Great times back then, Steve.
