27 Water Crossings, a Beginner Trail and Unmatched Views

On 6/12/2022 and in the middle of Braden Bartlett's Southeast Utah trip, we took on the Onion Creek trail. This trail was pound for pound, the most beautiful trail i've ever been on in relation to trail difficulty. The water crossings add an intricate layer to the overall experience. This is a MUST DO trail for anyone visiting Moab, Utah, USA.
This trail is rated a level 3 on Trailsoffroad.com, but in my opinion, and many others that give feedback on the Trailsoffroad website, the trail was much easier than posted. I would say the trail would be rated a level 1, or "easy" for a 4WD. Please pay attention to water depth. If levels are too high, you can potentially hydrolock your vehicle, so please use good judgement and refrain from splashing through the water crossings too hard. Trail conditions always change, and they may actually be at a true level 3 (moderate 4WD) when you attempt this.
When we drove this trail, it was a silky smooth fire road.... so.... why did we have trail trouble? Well, I have an important message for the beginner overlander.
