if you trying to a multi million year contract or even a position in the NFL by all means do what ever you have to do to get as many reps as possible. but if your working out on your patio I would recommend using good technique. Practice horrible form and you will end up with horrible form and I guarantee you will get injured maybe another 7 years maybe even longer but it will happen! That I'm sure of. I'm not just knocking you! just offering my opinion you. you got to see the video your self controlling the weight is much better and safer.

how many can you do when you don't bounce on your chest! I would be more impressed if you actually controlled the weight. to go so fast and spastic your gonna get a injury ask any competition bench presser your gonna hurt your self

Mallory Hen this wasnt a competition it was on my patio. I was just going for max reps. Look at NFL combine bench press competitions and they bounce the weight way worse than I was here. Been benching for 7 years and I am injury free.
