Clean & Jerk Complex inspired by @mesohassona 🏆4️⃣3️⃣ in 6 weeks. First time attempting. Having a good time playing with this variation.

What’s the difference between Meso complex and Standard?
Meso Hassona’s Clean and Jerk Complex:
- Sequence: Meso’s complex typically includes a combination of multiple repetitions and variations without returning to a full stand after the initial clean.
- Example Structure: He might perform a clean directly from the floor, followed by a hang clean without fully standing up between the reps, then move into a jerk,
- Purpose: This approach is designed to develop explosive strength and endurance, maintaining tension and control throughout the sequence without resetting after each movement. It challenges the lifter’s ability to stay tight and maintain technique under fatigue.
Standard Clean and Jerk Complex:
- Sequence: The standard clean and jerk complex often involves a sequence where the athlete performs a clean, fully stands up to complete the clean, then resets or adjusts grip before performing a hang clean (where the bar is brought down to knee level or higher) and then completes the jerk.
- Example Structure: The lifter might start with a clean from the floor, stand all the way up, then lower the bar to hang position for a clean, and then stand up again before performing the jerk.
-Purpose: This standard complex allows the athlete to work on different phases of the Clean and Jerk
