Rachel, am 61 yrs old recovering from many health challenges. I so appreciate you are very generous with your talent and your content. I used Pilates to recover from breast cancer mastectomy nearly 20 years ago. I did today's walking video you shared via email which I adapted on my trustee trampoline and then I found this short perfect video for a gentle rentry into Pilates mat. I loved it and found spots that melted from tension with that last stretch. Thank you so very much! May God abundantly multiply your reach and all you set your hands to.

After the last couple days of your workouts, I woke up sore all over today. This was a welcome change. I wanted to get some movement in today but I need to stretch and rest my muscles. This was a very welcome video for how I feel today.

Day 11 done! Had trouble with some of the bridging lower body stuff, but I can tell that I’m improving in small increments as we continue on! 😅

@@rachelsfitpilates no seriously. Thank you! I have long haul Covid and this is much easier for me to do! I do the Pilates and ALSO Zumba but one thing for sure- no one can see me when I get out of breath and have to take a break!

I broke myself again. My left ankle this time. Is there ANYTHING I can do in bed for the next 8 weeks or so so I don’t get completely out of shape???
