Self care has been null for about 6 months now, somatic breathing and movement has saved me, so now it's time to regain the strength that I lost whilst in survival/freeze mode. Hi Rachel, I’m 46 and from Southern California, had a bad car accident 7-8 yrs ago and have a herniated disk & problems with my feet. I used to do a lot of cycling, hiking , Les Mills workouts before my car accident. Gained 50 lbs but lost weight doing Hot yoga & Pilates back in 2021. Couldn’t afford the classes anymore so I started doing your workouts in 2024 & I really enjoy them. They are challenging but quick. Thank you!!!

Hi! I'm excited to start this challenge-finished 1st day. After completing breast cancer treatment and 3 major surgeries over the last 3 years, my body is exhausted and heavy and I'm under 50 years old. I am just now feeling like getting back into exercise. I've been walking which I will continue to do but need a little more added to my routine. Thank you for posting these videos online and free so we can do them from our home when we don't always have the energy or ability to exercise at a gym. thank you and so grateful!

im trying to lose weight and honestly you are one of the best KZbin video I’ve ever seen. others “beginner” workout are impossibile to do for me,yours instead was really hard,but it’s so much better than the others! its my first time finishing a whole video! I’m gonna keep my progress counting: kg:86,4 cm:1,70 day one: ✅(it was hard,my legs are hurting,but I feel so much better!) day two:✅ (my abs hurts but day two complete!)

Workouts this length (10 to 15 minutes) are perfect for me, since I don't have much time to spare, but I believe that, even as an absolute beginner, I might afford something slightly more challenging (probably the next workouts in this challenge will be). I think I'll finish this one, then maybe check your January wall pilates, as I also did the October (or November?) one and quite enjoyed it. I also did another one that you recommended, the 3-2-1 light, but some workouts were a bit long for my schedule.

Im 41 from Arkansas. I'm a homesteading SAHM homeschooling 5 of my 6 kids. My oldest graduated last summer and is getting ready to leave home and start his own life. I'd like to get into an excersize routine that is low impact (bad back and shoulder) but is strength training to lose weight. Ive lost the weight after every child except my last (its been 8 years). My kids and i do this together as our PE.

Happy New Year to you and your family! I was a "more advanced" person, but illness, a bad fall and an injury took me back to beginner. I work out with a personal trainer several times a week and while I have been in "recovery" and "getting back to it" modes, he strongly encouraged and still encourages me to follow your workouts. On days I'm tired or just "not feeling it," I do your beginner templates. On days I feel good and ready to conquer the world, I do the intermediate ones. The variety of workouts you have posted are amazing. So glad to have found your channel. Thank you so much!

Hi Rachel! Thank you so much for all that you do. I have been following you for 2 years, but have never done any of the workouts. At 67 it's harder to do things with shoulders and knees. Sometimes getting up from the floor is a problem and I cannot do the squats and lunges. So, I will start your new Beginner Challenge tomorrow and do the best that I can.

Hi, i’m 42 now. In my 20s I played volleyball but had to stop due to a knee injury. Years later I started powertrainig, paying attention to my knees. Due to a change in living environment and job, I stopped training. Now I feel like all I do is work and my body has become so much weaker. I would like to have a well-defined body again and feel strong. physically and mentally. I'm suffering from brain fog and I'm hoping some exercise can help with it. I will start the 7 day challenge and see what happens
